Williams International is actively searching for a Tax Accountant. The individual will review and monitor entity tax expense accounts and coordinate proper expense allocations for a number of entities. Additionally, she/he will maintain financial records and complete filing requirements for the employee benefits, defined benefit and defined contribution plans, and all other company related organizations whose administration is assigned to the Tax area.
Other duties include but are not limited to:
• Assist in the preparation the federal, state, and local tax returns for all locations of all entities
• Perform tax research and special accounting projects as assigned
• Coordinate filings of property tax returns and expense allocation
• Assist in IRS, DOL, and other tax audits of company reports and records
• Assist in forward planning of tax expenses
Bachelor`s degree with a major in Accounting.
3-5 years working directly in federal and state taxes for corporate and partnership entities.
Previous experience in pension compliance and administration and risk management is desirable.
CPA or Tax Accounting experience a plus.
U.S. Citizenship status required.
Position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if needed.
