About this Job
We’re looking for a few great junior bankers to help lead our transaction execution and marketing efforts. Shea & Company’s Summer Analysts are key members of the team who have significant external-facing responsibilities, are involved in all aspects of client management and interaction and are responsible for driving the flawless execution of the firm’s M&A and private placement transactions.
Software is a vibrant and dynamic segment of the technology market, with new companies, products, and technologies emerging almost daily. Shea & Company’s clients are at the forefront of these innovations as we spend our time conducting fundamental research, meeting with pioneering companies, and developing our industry knowledge. We’re looking for Summer Analysts for our Boston and San Francisco offices.
