These departments allow students to focus on working in assignments that relate to their passion or major. The departments also provide students to take responsibility and gain professional experience. As a result, students will learn a tremendous amount and be part of an organization that makes a disruptive impact on education and social problems.
Interns learn various skills depending on which department they take interest in. It can go from
gaining a sense of creativity while developing analytical, communication, instructional, and decision-making skills to practical experience such as responsibility generating and analyzing recruiting reports, creating lesson plans, ensuring data and templates for professional events, and conducting interviews (gaining professional communication).
— We provide various opportunities for 9 different departments in our company, all allowing students to focus on working in assignments that relate to their passion or major. The departments provide students to take responsibility and gain professional experience. As a result, students will learn a tremendous amount and be part of an organization that makes a disruptive impact on education and social problems.
— We ask for a minimum of 2 months for students to work with us and 5-10 hours per week with flexibility during week. We also offer semesterly opportunities such as Fall, Spring, or summer semester internships.
— Interns are supervised by their department director. We hold 9 reports departments, each with their own director who will be giving them tasks and work to complete. For those interns who become team leads or department directors, they are supervised by John Fay who serves as our Executive Director.
–Students receive feedback through their department director via email, text message, one-on-one weekly phone calls, or any virtual communication that the student prefers.
— We provide students with unpaid internships and volunteer opportunities. In addition, our internship meets all six criteria of the FLSA and allows students to gain school credit and volunteer hours if needed. Currently we are interviewing for our 100% remote internships and gaining more staff members who can not only help our company, Resilience Inc., to grow exponentially and build their leadership, but also help millions of people as you take on projects.
