Oxbridge Academic Programs is recruiting a full-time Admissions Coordinator to start immediately. For over 36 years we have run academic summer programs for high school students aged 13-17 years old. Our students come from all over the world, and our programs take place in Oxford, Cambridge, France, Spain and the USA. The Admissions Coordinator will work in our Vienna, VA office (remote work can be considered), contributing to various projects, including but not limited to: reviewing student applications and entering them into the database; tracking course statistics and enrollments; following up on delinquent applications materials; providing customer service to students and parents over the phone and by email.

-good organizational and troubleshooting skills
-sense of humor, flexibility
-excellent academic background
-Bachelors degree required
-prior office experience required
-experience living/studying abroad and foreign language fluency a plus
-must be proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel
-must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have knowledge of the American school system
-entry level applicants are welcome if committed and enthusiastic
