Who Are We Looking For?
Mockmate is seeking a Business Development intern to help develop our market reach and our B2B sales strategy. The position is remote, but Mockmate is based in Barcelona.
Do you have passion for, and curiosity for B2B sales, CRM platforms, combined with an interest in tech, HR (human resources) and artificial intelligence? If you’re looking to start a career in B2B SAAS sales, this is the internship for you!
What you’ll do in this role:
- Understand the overall concept of the company, including the customer, our goals, and objectives.
- Manage the company’s CRM platform (Hubspot)
- Monitor our competitors websites and offerings and sales strategy
- Create weekly and monthly reports on CRM use and pipeline status.
- Automate Sales funnel and monitor performance.
- Create landing pages and promote them with Google ads and Linkedin ads
- Understand Google ads and monitor website and application performance.
- Reaching out to leads through email, LinkedIn
- Collect and organise Leads in CRM
- Create Sales Material (One-pagers, Sales presentation, Ebooks, etc…)
- Help with day-to-day tasks and other Sales duties as assigned
Other useful skills:
- Excellent writing skills
- Attentive to detail, have the ability to meet strict deadlines and be a self-starter
- Balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and prioritize them appropriately

Our team occasionally meets in-person in Barcelona but if you’re not able to join, or prefer not, it’s no problem.
