In our STEM iDEAS Rotational Leadership Development Program, you’ll jump into two year-long projects followed by a 6-month project that’s either international or outside your functional/technical area. Along the way, you’ll gain access and exposure to some of the brightest minds on the Danaher leadership team, have the opportunity to work on meaningful assignments and present your work to technical and operating company leaders. And when you’ve completed this unique, fast-track program, you’ll be positioned for a more expansive role at one of our 20+ Operating companies.

This particular STEM iDEAS position begins with a project in the Genomics & Automation R&D group of Beckman Coulter Life Sciences located in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will work closely with other engineers and scientists in the Genomics and Automation groups to develop cutting edge new products for our customers.

- High performing recent graduate or expectation to graduate by summer 2022 with a degree in STEM such as Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Biology, or others.
